Become more explosive!!!

Want a sure fire way to increase the intensity of your workouts and develop explosiveness?

Try turning your everyday exercises into muscle building explosive movements that are sure to leave you feeling sore and out of breath!

Here is an example of a workout that Sarah and I did together. Instead of just doing every exercise for a predetermined amount of reps we performed each exercise for as many as we could in 30 seconds. After we completed the set then the next person went, therefore limiting our amount of recovery time! This is an awesome way of really dialing up the intensity!!!







Be careful when doing this as it is an advanced move and you have to ensure that you can perform pushups with perfect form before trying this!
